This ready to cook instant mix for aav bhaji is not upto the mark. Once we cook, the consistency of the Bhaji is very liquidity. And it was very spicy as well.

Advantages
The masala is ok, not really Mumbai Pav Bhaji flavour. Was expecting it to be close to that flavour.Also, one pack is enough for only 2 people with decent portion sizes. We had to use two packs plus add some boiled mashed potatoes to make it enough for 5 people
