Idlis have a bit of a strangeish smell and are hard even after soaking in the hot sambhar for 10 minutes. Sambhar does not mix well with water and leaves a huge powdery residue. The plastic box pack is of poor quality. One box cracked when I put in the hot water and it drained out all over my table. Would not recommend this to anyone

The idli was spoiled, had a foul smell that spoiled our day. Never expected this product-mix. The sambar mix was grainy and even after 10-12 minutes of soaking, the grainy texture did not smoothen. The flavour was okay but without idli made no sense. Buy at your own risk as other idli sambar packs were far better.
