Mother's Recipe Upma Instant Mix A South Indian specialty prepared using the freshest ingredients & seasoned for your convenience with mother's magical touch. Ingredients: Semolina (Suji) Cottonseed Oil Iodized Salt Sugar Black Gram Dal (Urad Dal) Onion Mustard Green Chilli Cumin Curry Leaf Lemon Powder and Asafoetida. Cooking Instructions Step 1 In a medium size vessel boil 2 ½ Cups (650 ml) of water with 2 tbsp Ghee. Step 2 Add the entire contents of the Upma Mix & bring to a boil Simmer on medium heat for 4 5 mins or till the Upma starts to thicken. Keep stirring continuously. Step 3 Stop cooking & garnish with chopped coriander leaves & a squeeze of lemon. Mother's Secret tip: For added taste add boiled vegetables like Carrot French Beans and Green Peas.
