Upma comes in a packet in a box with enclosed spoon. Very easy to prepare - empty the content of the packet into the box, add boiled water till the water mark inside the box, stir a bit with the spoon, and close the lid and let it set for at least 5 mins. Personally I like to set it for 10 mins so all the water is absorbed and the upma is cooked well and is fluffy. Taste is quite authentic and has the right flavor. The quantity is enough for a meal, but for the price they could increase the quantity a bit more. Overall, highly recommended.
