I have been using this since 1 and half year and true that its organic bcz generally if the honey is mixed with sugar syrup or dates syrup the leave residue at the bottom of the bottle if not used for long time but this honey doesn’t leave residue. And being from a rural area I can say ITS ORIGINALLY ORGANIC . Loved the purity
