I bought this honey and used it. Well it tasted good. It has a beautiful FLOWERY taste. The main reason for me to buy this honey was the word "RAW".Well recently in Q & A section in Amazon the seller says that they make this honey by processing it in low "HEAT" . well honey itself doesn't need any heat processing. Now on heating it ( the process of heating is mixing some water in raw honey and then heating it to make it thick. This is some kind of sterilization process), the honey losses its beneficial enzymes, pollens . This is no more RAW honey.Now I am feeling cheated.
