As marmalade goes, one can't beat this one. I was apprehensive about the no-added sugar thing might impact taste, but this was pleasingly good. The same amazing taste with a little bit less guilt imho.I feel the Bhuira jams have finally been marketed properly. More people need to know/ be aware of your amazing products.

They use fructose (apple juice concentrate) which must be adding to the sweetness; I was hoping though that it would be a little sour, since it has the kumaoni big lime in it. But it is quite sweet. It is also very chunky with fruit bits making it a little difficult to spread. It also means this tiny bottle will finish quickly. overall a good product

This is a jam with no added sugar. It has a very distinct sweet and mildly sour flavour. Since it contains real fruits, peal it amuly not spread like conventional jam. In my exp this is the best jam at this price that has high fruit content with no added sugar. It is made from fruits in Himachal.
