Shocked to see black fungus over the lid after consuming it for 2 days. It was there already but didn't notice earlier. Bought it for better health, now worried and stopped taking it. Please don't order if health is your priority

Packaging was good but there was no icepack meaning that the sauerkraut was exposed to Indian summer temperature at which good bacteria starts to die.Now the product itself seems good. This is my first time trying saerkraut so can't compare the quality with anything. From the understanding that I have from reading various blogs, it seems to me that the quality is good.The taste is horrible initially but your tastebuds will get accustomed to it

The seller claims in one of his answers about shipping the product under refrigeration but the product was shipped without refrigeration/icepacks for almost 2 days. It is summer time and the temperature was @38~41 deg C. Slight change in taste was noticed but it improved on refrigeration at home. It would be great to see some improvement in the shipping method. Would surely buy again soon. :)
