I usually avoid writing negative comments, but this product is misleading and can be dangerous to people with Type 2 diabetes. Although marketed as suitable for Diabetic patients, it actually spiked up my sugar levels. To give you a background, i have type II diabetes and with my medication, my sugar levels are in control. I was attracted to this product because of the Dibexy brand (I do recommend its atta). After consuming these cookies in moderation, my sugar level shot up despite taking medication. Initially i thought this might be due to improper diet. So, I monitored my diet strictly and also consumed these cookies for 4 days after dinner. Same result. After 12 hours of consuming these cookies, my sugar levels were way higher than normal. To rule out these cookies as culprit, I stopped eating them after dinner, and my sugar levels were back to normal. In nutshell, avoid these cookies. I don't recommend them for Diabetic patients.

Taste is ok; can't have more than two... i don't have diabetes but I wanted a healthier option of a sugary cookie. It contains nuts, which they didn't share... so I couldn't eat it, as I have certain food intolerances. When I got around to using it and noticed the ingredients, it got past return date... so begging others to take a nibble
