I have never had dates powder before but this seems about OK. Been using it in my baking and with milk. A small quantity pack would have been good 500gms is a bit too much to consume within a reasonable amount of time.

Whatever they claim. It stands to it. If you’re hear for having something sweet without spiking your blood sugar. This is a perfect thing. Also if you still find jaggery sugar a better alternative go for it but it’s really not that different from your regular sugar. It’s just a little bit more nutritious by 20% or so. It will still spike your blood sugar. CAUTION! It will leave undissolved residue which not pleasant but you can always filter out and you will take sometime getting used to different flavour and it is usually going to requires more spoons than your regular sugar.
