I buy this product every month. Product is good no doubt, but recently they are packing it very carelessly. Last two times I received the packet torn. As a result the puffed rice got dampen. I had to accept it as it is a food product and I cannot return it. The packing is like, the original puffed rice packet and then the cartoon box that is also very low quality box, not the hard one. There is no bubble wrapping. Crunchiness is the main thing of puffed rice, if it is gone then the product becomes useless. I am requesting Silkrute to please take care of it.
