I was seeing recipes on how to use this masala. All recipes involved adding 10 different masalas + chana masala/chole masala.Why? Look at the ingredients of this Chana masala - these mdh ppl have added 10+ masalas already! You don't need to add anything else with this masala. It's already present in the correct proportion.So I added 2 tablespoon (50g) of this masala in a single cooking. And the taste came out absolutely amazing! Best chole I've ever made.Don't fool yourself with stupid recipes. This one is already a correct mix of several ingredients. All you need to add are chole, onion, tomato, salt + this masala. It comes amazing!
