Waaaaay too salty. Use with extreme caution. I used this to make stock for my risotto and I’m generally someone who adds less salt in food and the risotto ended up extremely salty. They should put it bold letters. If you add this to any of your dishes do not add any salt on your own. Even so I’m not sure you can get rid of the extreme saltiness.

I am a hardcore non vegetarian & fond of cooking , however , since am married in a vegetarian family getting a proper veg stock was difficult & never got the kind of flavor i wanted !Tried this for the 1st time & viola a perfect veg stock & barely used 1 tsp to get 1half ltrs of stock to make clear soup with dumplings.... really good vegetarians should give it a try !
