Ciba Achari Masala powder is a tangy way to make delicious tale of home-cooking with a chatpata taste. Simple steps to make Chatpata Achari Aloo (Serving for 4 people): - In kadai heat 2 tbsp oil mix 1/2 tsp Ciba Mustard Seeds 1/2 tsp Ciba Cumin Seeds let it crackle. Add 4 chopped boiled potatoes 2 tsp Ciba  Achari Masala Powder and salt to taste. Let it cook for 5 min. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Note: - This masala can be used in other recipe also like aloo jeera achari bhindi achari baigan etc but not in pickles.  *Masala added in the recipe is as per standard taste.
