This is the second time I've ordered this product and it's shocking how inconsistent and different the quality is .... Last time the powder was in the form of flakes and this time it's big chunks.. I ordered again because I really liked the quality and flavour the last time ... But am totally disappointed with what I have received this time.. I'll have to grind it in the grinder before I can use it ... The chunks are so big and hard that you can't sprinkle it on your food.

Its not only garlic but is garlic mixed in flour ie garlic flour. So 3 stars only. I was expecting dat it would b pure garlic powder. Also the bottle cap is made of cheap plastic. I wonder how long it'll last..!

To be noted, it is not very much powdery. Rather it is a bit grainy in texture with a mixture of powdery texture. It tastes the same as the other ones.
