I suggest them to pack it in transparent plastic bottles instead of breakable glass bottles. This may also prove cost effective. One way if u can know if cinnamon is pure is by smelling it.this smells good and is just as described.finely powdered,comes in glass bottle which is a must to keep things fresh.only worry is that u can open on the cap which has holes to add it to things,and what if the cap top doesnt stay tight enough.u can solve this problem by keeping the bottle in a clean air tight container.a coffee-spoon (smaller than teaspoon) of cinnamon in water (with or without one tbsp of raw organic honey) once a day can do wonders for your health but is safe only for adults,dont know about safety of children.increases insulin sensitivity,lowers blood cholesterol levels,boosts immunity,keeps your mouthhealthy,and also freshens breath .this is the ceylon or true cinnamon(grown in sri lanka,kerala( which is safer one,while cassia cinnamon grownin china,indonesia and so contains very high levels of coumarin and can result in liver damage if consumed in high quantities.always buy ceylon cinnamon if u have to even though its expensive,yet its worth it.this one is grown in kerala,so buy this and be part of the 'make in india' campaign hehe.but let me warn you,this aint for everyone.some people may get stomach upset (which i got) after consuming this,so be careful.I probably got the stomach ache because I added a little excess,so adjust the dose and it will be ok I guess....

Smells and tastes like genuine Ceylon stuff. More on the sweeter side than the spicy or bitter taste of fake cinnamon (we know cassia to be spicier, and also inferior). Moreover, I am a regular consumer of Keya's other products for their high quality alone. I have come to trust the brand well, and believe Keya to be an ethical company. So if the label pronounces the product as 'Sri Lankan', I, for one, is ready to accept the claim. ☺️

It's a good cinnamon powder, but not the best. Somehow feels dry as if all cinnamon oil is extracted out. Container is good. Flavor of the cinnamon is nice.
