A hard boiled candy with essence of ginger, I would presume. Well packed but a bit costly. Hard to find locally so I was happy to get these.

This is a great product. Unlike other candies, this is made from real ginger and you can feel the fibres as you eat. There is just about enough sugar coating to not leave the ginger's bitter taste behind. I do not think you will find a better made-in-India ginger candy than this! Super!
