Compared to haldirams and bikano, this one is super soft, but at the same time crumbles if you try to squeeze out extra syrup. I like my rasagulla a bit dry.A bit on sweeter side, Haldirams and Bikano are not that sweet once you squeeze them.Depends how you like your rasagulla, i like it a bit on the spongy side (go for bikano), this one is very soft, but dont squeeze too much it will break and crumble.
