Hi folks,"Am a big fan of Indian snacks and Bhakarwadi is one of my favorites. The sweet-sour tang of jaggery/sugar-tamarind/aamchur/lemon or mix is the unique aspect of Bhakarwadi, that makes it special.Unfortunately... This batch tastes like any other standard sev or bhujia minus the garlic, ajwain and spice mix. The typical sweet-sour tang unique to Bakharwadi is conspicuously absent. And surprisingly it is bland! Really bland!Would request the Haldiram's team to take a look at the recipe.Two stars for the taste of the food and One star for the Amazon delivery. Wish I could give four stars but sorry folks, the taste is just not that of a bhakarwadi. Do that, get the taste to the original, sweet-sour tang and It will be five stars!Thank you.
