The triphala in itself is good but there are some fine sand granules probably got added during the grinding process. It settles as sediment at the bottom of the glass tumbler and if consumed till the last drop can be felt under the teeth like an impurity. This aspect can be improved with the conscious initiative taken by Dabur. Otherwise, I recommend users to be careful while consuming.
