Good for health. I bought this as I mixed this with other stuff n made a mixture in mixie to be used in milk. For that you need to dry roast the seeds in a pan and once they cool use whip option in mixie to make a powder. You can then mix it with almond powder and take with hot milk. Very good for health.

The best sunflower seeds we have found online so far. We are a little surprised by the first customer's comments that they are "big and tasteless." Perhaps they don't have a frame of reference. They taste just the way they are supposed to and are the right size. We have given four stars because we know they can be even better but nevertheless they are quite good as they are.
