I'm on a weight loss programme and wanted fiber supplements for my diet. Psyllium Husk is very good for that. It increases food mass, and prevents hunger pangs. I was able to consistently meet my daily food limit after taking 2 spoons of Isabgol in the afternoon every day.Warning : Yes, it does increase the bulk of your digested food. So, you'll probably go to the toilet 2 times more than usual, but given the tradeoff, I feel it's worth it.

The availability of that brand became a problem so we’re forced to buy Dabur.I am happy we did*it’s cheaper than the telephone brand and*the taste is the same,*the effects are the same,*quantity is the same 200gm for both.*And the price for Dabur is ₹ 144 and Telephone Brand is ₹180It’s cheaper than Telephone brand without compromising on other elements.Goog to buy.????????
