Advantages

Bought this for my kids mouth ulcers. We are still testing if it works for that. She didnt like the taste (there is no taste its just chewy) but she had a go at it. Her ulcers were so bad that time that its hard to tell if it worked for that, but chewing this did coincide with them healing up. Ill test next time ulcers appear. Will test on my husband who also gets ulcers and report back once Im able to see if it helps.

I had never eaten it before,but I understood this is good because my oral ulcers which takes 7-10days to heal healed in 4-5days.Also my mouth ulcer soreness gets neutralized few minutes into chewing this;then I swallow it with water.As a person mentioned in a particular site,Mastic gum is tasteless (except for a faint woody taste in the beginning).And considering how it helped my mouth ulcers;I can imagine how it can help with gastritis.I had gastroduodenitis (not just gastritis),so in the recommended doses;this would surely have helped me as a supplement.Since my infection lasted for a year and a half and was deep;Mastic gum curing it was impossible (dont know if it can cure milder infections,but I would only depend on my doctor prescriptions "to cure")....... I would like if the company ensures that no powder particles are there in the box,there wasnt too many;but please keep it free of them.....

Advantages

It's hard to say that it is really mastic gum or it is mixed with something else too.. 40% of the seed is chewable and rest 60% turns into powder immediately.

Advantages

It is suitable for replacing chewing gum, if you are looking to strengthen jaw. The pieces are very small. I tried one of the bigger pieces and it turned into powder in 20 minutes. Still it is very good for my use case. Make sure you move around the gum while chewing, so that you don't over develop only one side of your ja. Google " Mike Mew method for chewing gum ".
