Stuff is not bad at all. One tea bag per cup is more than sufficient. How you sweeten it is up to you. Pack contains 10 tea bags each with individual foil wrappers. First timer for Chamomile so I'm really no connoisseur. But the flavor is very subtle, very floral. Still waiting for the mood uplift. Guess its no magic potion. Cheers!!
