Good taste but when mixing take lot of effort. If you pour hot water it creates lot of lumps and 20 percent of the tea mixture remains at the bottom.So have to first mix it with very little hot water and mix it very well for lumps to dissolve and then add full cup of water.So at best product is semi instant.Over all good.Update:When I tried to order again they increased the price from 13.99 to16.99. so 4 star product but 1 star company
