Ok, to the point. This tea is good, tastes just like ghar ki chai,, but with a lot of added preservatives...... For me, the tea is too sweet but the flavour is amazing and they did a good job with the scent of cardamom,, on point..... I know the sweetness varies cz it depends on tastebud, some like it sweet, some don't. I just add a lil bit more water to kinda balance the sweetness, but the flavour kinda fades in that case.This can define a good chai though. Easy to carry, just add hot water and enjoy your chai anywhere

The mixture has become fused and hard like rock. One has to use spoon to break it after pouring in the cup. Taste is not upto the mark. There are some impurities in the mixture as well. Overall a very substandard product. Out of 100, 70 sachets have been discarded by me. Would like the company to take them back and make a refund to me. A great disappointment.

All the cardamom tea sachets were spoilt. It would not mix properly and was unusually dark in color. It tasted like rancid milk.The ginger and masala tea sachets seemed ok.

First I saw it on Silkrute and go through it but didn't find much review. But I thought "try kar k dekhtey hain".Really when I prepared tea from the very first sacket, the smell and taste both were realistic homemade masala chai.Go for it atleast once so that you can enjoy the real taste.
