Spirulina is a natural algae (cyanbacteria) powder that is incredibly high in protein and a good source of antioxidants B-vitamins and other nutrients. When harvested correctly from non-contaminated ponds and bodies of water it is one of the most potent nutrient sources available. take around 1-2 teaspoons total per day. I bought it because I was told it can mix well with other foods and the smell can be masked well by other flavors. This wasn't the case with Spirulina seemed like a bitter bitter pill, tried mixing with other foodstuff. I would like to know more about manufacturing facilities through real pictures to be assured of the quality. Packaging was nice, but the product seems too salty and bitter, hence the doubt over quality. I wouldn't recommend buying this or any other Spirulina product without having knowledge of source of manufacturing. Do include information about use, the Spirulina addition in diet turned out to be a disaster.
