Spirulina is an algae cultivation done in water filled artificial ponds And than dried in sun.that dried powder is packed and sold.it should be mixed in water and softboil it to kill water born diseases like amaebiasis, typhoid,hepatitis and worms.than taking it will be real immune booster.never consume it without boiling First time bottle spirulina powder was good But second time when i purchased it had some colouring agents mixed with powder and each time I had abdominal discomfirt when consumed There is some adulteration in second bottle.
