This Shilajeet is effective,it is however expensive for 20gms and not value for money. I have purchased 100 gms Shilajeet from another vendor for the same cost which is just as effective.

I was using Kapiva but this time tried rasayanam.Packing is excellent.One difference what i found is the product has more water contant than kapiva.Company should take care for that.After one month of consumption i will review it again.Also fulvic acid contant in the product is not mentioned.
