It is difficult to navigate in the jungle of supplement brands and quality of the ingredients that these companies use. Rooted seems like a good brand and claim to sell 100% pure products chemically free grown. However, as always it's difficult to know whether that is true or if it's just printed words. I subjective feel that their products are working in terms of helping with energy and focus, placebo or not. More information about the origins of the mushrooms etc on the labels would be helpful though.
