The aesthetic beauty of the fully blossomed flowers in the flowering season attracts the attention of the visitors. Due to these reasons, the flower has been entitled as the national flower of Nepal and state flower of Uttarakhand and also found in Himachal Pradesh (India). Buransh (Rhododendron) flower is a bright red coloured flower that grows in upper tranches of Himalayas. Flowers of this plant are traditionally utilized by the people residing in the mountainous region to make pickle, juice, jam, syrup, honey, squash, etc.
