If you have IBS D (grahani in sanskrit) then this is the best medicine for it. Take 5 to 10 gms depending on the severity of your condition. Mix it with ghee so that it becomes jam like and consume it before every meal with a warm glass of water. DONOT eat irregularily. Eat on time. Hope this helps.
