I have been taking this protein powder for the past two years (every day). When I received my full body report in December of last year, I was informed that there was damage to my liver and that there were enzymes seeping into my blood. While this was concerning, I chose to ignore it. When I received my full body report again in October of this year, I discovered an even more serious problem. I was diagnosed with grade 1 fatty liver at the Medicare hospital! (Please note that I only occasionally drink a small amount).I am not sure what this protein contains, but I most definitely would not advise consuming it. I discovered through my online research and survey at the gym that athletes only get the protein they need from their diet and do not take supplements. (Those who compete in body building and those who are weak and have doctors recommend supplements are the two groups of people who need them.) In my opinion, the only way to maintain a balanced lifestyle is to try to get as much protein as possible through diet. My body is your only home, and I will not be getting another one, I discovered the hard way.

I am happy with the product but packing is equally important as it is a food product. The zip lock provided for the product doesn't lock, it is of poor quality. For proper sealing zip lock is not the correct option. Atleast provide us an option for opting either sealed food grade container and the zip lock bag. So that the first time buyers can go for the container and later switch to the zip lock bag.

I was using MAXN....this is the 1st time trying asitis1.Taste is bland ( as mentioned)( 1st timers might not like it ...i would you prefer to mix it in oats or some milkshakes or fresh juice ) I DON'T MIND THE TASTE i mixed with water ...i don't wanna do too much work for this2. I feel good after drinking....no acid reflux...easily digestable3. No excessive foam formed after shaking4. 1st there were some lumps on the side of my shaker ...i thought this is not mixing well...but after some extra shaking that mixed well too....so no worries5. Product does feel premium will update after 4 weeks of drinking thisCONCLUSION : U CAN GO FOR IT !!

Overall protein is good but in limited way . Many of you think to take protein for a massive/ heavy body building actually none of the proteins that are available in market designed for that the only thing you want to remember protein shakes are useful in recovery of muscle cells no need to consume 24-30g of concentrate protein powder for a day use in a limited way not exceeding more than 10g and you need to take break on weekends day give your body efficient relaxation to increase productivity and health . I purchased this combo. And I can say it with utmost surety that this seller isn't reliable and the protein I received wasn't 100% genuine. It wasn't entirely fake but it was mixed with something else. Why I say this? I was already using the protein purchased from this seller and once I saw the rising number of covid cases I ordered one from the official website of ASITIS, anticipating that I might not be able to purchase one if a Lockdown is announced. Once I received the product from the official website I could see that there was a stark between both the products. The colour of protein was different. Solubility was poles apart. Taste to differed! I had used this protein a year back and so I could not judge the taste of it when I purchased from this particular seller. Although the BCAA is genuine and works fine. But protein was 100% mixed.
