It's really easy to take, I just mix it up with some warm water in the morning and drink it right up. Been few days since started using hoping to see great results. Anyway it tastes pretty good so I'm happy either way. Packaging was also very secured so the powder didn't fall out.

I am still the parlour girl ! Haven’t moved on to being the Dermat girl yet , hence more so I needed something more organic to see positive results for my skin! And here I am … very very happy with the results of this marine collagen which also contains hyaluronic acid and vitamin C. If I may be honest I am too bad with skin care, mostly irregular:( But this was easy!! Just 2 scoops with hot water everyday and I am sorted ! No more extra care! My skin feels tighter, pores gone down and a beautiful soft glow:)) Well you might get one or two breakouts but it is more like the excess dirt that had to come out! So ya! A good addition to my routine for sure! A must buy I would say! Worth the try for sure!

I specifically checked the ingredients and sugar content on the package before buying which shows hardly any sugar in it but even if it's sugar-free sweetner it is unbearably sweet. So much sugar or sweetner isn't good for health. Too sweet for my liking. Don't buy if you're looking for a low sugar option. Yet to see the benefits of the collagen.
