I have consumed these for 6 months, they are good, you may start noticing difference.Although i did face some issues with it, i tried contacting customer care but they didn't reply about storage or made any remark about my feedback, so hesitating to continue with it again.• after 2 month of use you'll start noticing how tablets and bottle smells weird, it has happen with me twice and i had to throw away 2 month supply in dustbin due to worries without proper help from customer care.Sometimes they'll offer you fridge magnet which is good.
