It's been a week since I have started using this MCT oil. I am a bullet coffee person and like to take 1 tbsp of this mct with 1 tbsp ghee in my black coffee before hitting the gym. So far it has been good only. You can also blend this with smoothies, juices and use it in dressings. It's completely odourless and flavourless. You won't even feel its presence. No pungent smell!!!

After a lot of trial and error I found applying this MCT oil mixed with 3-4 drops of tea tree oil (I used the Rey's brand) every night before sleep and then after a few weeks shifting a to a few nights a week (once the dermatitis has gone away) helps me keep the dermatitis at bay. Along with this using ketoconazole shampoo once in a while also helps.Not a cure but still a good natural method to help.
