My Vitamin D was at 7 when I started taking this once a week. After three months my vitamin d is now at 26 so it seems to be working. Yes the fastest way to get ur vitamin d up is to take an injection of 1L IU once a month for 3 months specially if ur deficient like me. But if you're not that deficient or wanna maintain ur levels you can def go for this. The taste is ok. Not bad but also not like vitamin c chewables. Its a very light orangy sweet taste.
