I wouldn't say that it did what it claimed, sure it gives u Vitamin C and zinc but not much effect on skin can be seen. I used it for about 3 months but saw no considerable effect. Plus, the RDA value isn't mentioned, making the dosage very vague. Better to go for amla juice or vitamin c supplement fortified with zinc if you want a good effect for skin and overall health.
