It only offers 180mg of sodium per tablet, meaning serious athletes requiring 2000-3000mg daily would need a staggering 10 tablets a day. This translates to a daily cost of 120 rupees! Does this seem realistic for an average Indian athlete? Frankly, ORS is a much more affordable option at 15–25 rupees. Alternatively, making your own electrolytes at home using bulk ingredients is even more cost-effective I wasn't educated about my daily electrolytes requirements, I developed a serious insomnia sleep disorder due to lack of electrolytes

The tablets do not dissolve and there is barely any fizz. Tablets are intact for 4-5 minutes and need to be crushed before using. Taste is ok.
