it does work provided you are following your diet.. make sure of one thing thing that l carnitine is not effective without Carbohydrates. if you are someone looking for just cutting your fat, this would probably not work since l carnitine requires insulins spikes to reach your muscle tissues. BEST FOR CLEAN BULKING!!

reviewing this without even using,neither i will.looked good economical to me so checked the ingredients & it has long list of unhealthy fillers, specually so unhealthy for people on low carb & keto or intermittent fasting diets.... Since it has maize starch & talc.. These are going to mess with their system unhealthy way. This was very disappointing sorry

I have been taking this capsules for one month now and lost 6 kgs. One capsule in morning empty stomach before going to gym and one in the afternoon after meal. While taking this supplement one should work out moderately and reduce calorie intake.
