It’s a nice product for mid-age and seniors. Beginners can also take. Bought it for dad and he feels that he has more energy throughout the day. He takes half a scoop a day in water. That’s good enough amount of protein supplementation. Rest of the protein can be from the diet. It’s also got ashwagandha and hadjod which is good for overall health and bone health respectively. One thing I would like to mention is that it’s definitely not for body builders. It’s good for bodybuilding only if u mix it with other regular whey proteins. The taste is ok and not overly sweet which is nice. Mixes well in a shaker, does leave some small lumps but that’s ok. Not too much. Overall I would say it’s good for mid-age to seniors to fulfill the daily protein requirement and maintain good muscle, mental, and bone health!!

I got it for aound 2k so can't complain much but certainly taste is really bad. Actually it has no taste and to make things worse it does not mix well as well. If it has all the protein that is promised in the label then you can try otherwise a big no.

Initially i was looking for good whey protein, then i got to know about this protein, and i bought it.Initially when u started using it after workout i couldn't feel any great Changw in my body after using it.Pro - Just cheap in priceCons -Taste not greatFatigue after taking the proteinNauseaYou will feel sleepy ??Recovery not that greatI've struggled with this protein for a monthAfter completing with this proteinI got Muscletech Ripped protein , compared to that this protein is really great no fatigue, no nausea, recovery is good.I'll suggest buy that instead of this.
