Taste is not that great, its a little powdery. The product is genuine though. The whey protein does desolve easily in water, I dont really know about milk. I got this @1816/- so its reasonably priced and provides a blend of both whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate, 25gms of protein and 5.5gms of BCAA. I've been using this for 10 days now, so far so good. No digestion issues, no side effects. I do feel faster muscle recovery so im ready and active to go to the gym the next day after a heavy workout. Note that you consume this product only with proper diet, nutrition and with regular exercise.

I've been using this product since a year and so far it has been awwsome. But the recent jar I bought tastes so bad and different. Have verified it's authenticity but not sure if it's authentic. Not at all satisfied with the recent purchase.

Bang is worth the buck. Good Mixability and taste with water and doesn't feel watery like the others. Twice a day did the trick for my hypertrophy training although I had to up the dose to 4 shakes during my strength training. I would personally recommend taking it with Glutamine supplement as recovery wasn't up to my expectations (tbf the last time I had ordered a much expensive product from Europe so I had high expectations). Digestion was on point, I'm guessing because if the digestive enzymes. I've ordered it again and this time I'll be pairing it with Muscleblaze PRE workout to test endurance, recovery and gains.

This one was kinda perfect..... I ordered the same thing from "Healthkart.com" (same flavour)Both the boxes were containing a legit verification code..... but the thing is the product that "Silkrute.in" delivered was of superior quality as compared to the one which "Healthkart.in" delivered.The quality of protein was superior the powder was smooth and easily mixable and most importantly the taste was different too.......How can the same manufacture can produce and pack two different things with the same label? Isn't it a question to ask?Who's playing smart here can anyone tell?This review is totally based on what I experienced... if anyone else has a faced a similar problem feel free to comment.

This product is not good, the protein is not made of high quality items, it bloats up big time after adding water which means it has lot of soy which is absorbing water and bloating, same 2 scoops of imported protein is so thin and smooth and digests really fast, this one will double after adding water and bloats in your stomach and doesn’t get absorbed quickly. It was a waste to order such a big tub, will not recommend.
