I took 5mg for the first time and was jittery through the day.. shaking hand and a very fast heartbeat. I need to take less than half the quantity and only 1-2 times a week. every body reacts in a different way but beginners should start with a small dosage

Have been using pre workouts from MB for quite some time, and I want to say this one is the worst possible they’ve made. The taste is just horrible, and it stinks the entire container/shaker you mix it into. I’ve not seen any difference in my performance, so I doubt this works. Would not recommend

It doesn't even work ,first i thought that I'm the only one not getting the result but after I gave it to my friends they also said that it didn't work on them too! I got a fake product by them,so I would like to suggest you to not buy this at all and save your money.i even got better results from 2rs Nescafe coffee which has less caffeine then it as it shows . I think that I got a pack of glucose.

See if you are taking this as first time don't go with it it's money wastage I didn't see any effect of this in my workout besides I had also used another pre-workout that's unflavored from health hey sports that's more good than this it has more servings about 100 in just 600 but this is unflavored that's why I bought this but this muscle blaze pre-workout performance is very bad so after this I'm switching back to my usual pre-workout. This is just wastage of money about 1260? and only 30 serving and even not good performance.

Firstly, I am not pre workout person. I have been using black coffee as pre workout since 2 years. One suggested me use pre workout so i had this one. Yeah, this is best for beginners and who haven't used pre workout before, as far i have seen this will give you good pump because of citrulline and arginine and long lasting performance because of good amount of caffeine present in the product

I am just a beginner so I just use one tablespoon and yes it does give a certain rush to ur body.Also, everyone complaining about the itching.. THEY ARE RIGHT. there is some itching definitely right after drinking it. Especially in the palms and scalp, but once you get ur heartbeat up, start working out.. it's not at all noticeable. Only if you drink the preworkout and just stand there doing nothing, does it get noticeable and annoying.
