I have used this 1kg pack. As you all know this is protein not gainer so you will get results slowly . I experienced some little gain in my muscles after using it 1 month. Our body is different to each other so don't expect same result that other person is getting,may be you got digestion issue or any other issue if your digestion is not good. I advice you to first take 1 kg or less than any supplement to test on your body . Taste wise it is fine you can easily drink it without mixing any flavour. Mixability is great ,it mixes after shaking 2 or 3 times.Try to consume half scoop for 1 week then start taking 1 scoop . Beginners should take half scoop for 2 weeks then if easily digest then start taking 1 scoop.I can say this is the best protein in this range having no side effect.

Tried this out for the first time. Did'nt cause any bloating or digestion issues. Glad that there is a product without any preservative, sugar or filler. Felt good throughout the way. This is unflavored so dont expect it to taste "good" out of the box. I mix it up with sattu, cinnamom powder, a bit of salt and a small amount of raw honey and it tastes great.

I liked the 1kg pack, very neutral taste and smell. Ordered 2nd time x2 500g, this time around had some smell but stomach was fine no side effects and hopefully it's the case with the 2nd container.The results are very nice, got some compliments on the gains from others ;) recovery with magnesium supplement is godlike.I usually use it plain with water, 1/2 scoop lunch 1/2 dinner. Or add it to any food I eat. Best thing no sh#t chocolate flavour or sweeteners in my mouth, Only delicious savory gravy. FYI don't mix in hot food or cook with it, let the dish cool down a bit first or just water for better absorption without destroying any protein chains.

I have been using this whey for the past 4 years, my body particularly works better with this one. I have tried other brands as well but they have given me stomach pain,bloating and indigestion.It is best for beginners and people that are concerned with weight gain as it is 90% isolate. I always choose unflavored as it allows me to make smoothies with variety of fruits and taste can be changed as I wish.Other brands should also release unflavored versions as it i healthier than flavored one that has sugar in some form.

Ive been using Muscleblaze isolate for 8 months + now. Recently in the last 2 months, they seem to have made some changes.With consumption of even 15 gms, all the above symptoms start immediately. This is not the case with higher quality hydrolysed proteins from Isopure or Dymatize
