People don't know how bad this product is for their health. It has too much vitamin c and sodium. This stuff makes me vomit I don't know why. I have vomited two times on seperate occasions during a back workout.

This is definitely a 100 times better than fast and up. Doesn’t taste like medicine. However, for people who don’t like them to be too sweet, one sachet is way too sweet for me and less of the lemon flavour. However, when I use half a sachet, it helps bring down the sweetness. Other than that, I love having this!
