Its also reducing my hunger.However there are cons, its issue with pea protein itself and not with the brand:1. Taste is not good. Flavored Whey tastes like creamy milkshake this tastes nothing like that. Its taste very bland and poor. I think this could be brands faults for not knowing how to add flavour.2. As far as vegan proteins go, pea protein is an excellent and economical source of protein and this product provides great quality at a decent price, which is great. What’s not great is that this actually tastes unpalatable. Terrible texture and taste and really difficult to even just power through and chug it because it gets thicker with time.Please work on the taste.

Taste, consistency and mixability is really bad. I don't understand why this product is rated much as 4+. I'm disappointed, to have a proper blend you need to use a blender to make it suitable for consumption.
