This was my first vegan protein. Was not disappointed. I have now been using it for a few days and its really helped me cut down on unnecessary snacking as it helps me with cravings between meals. Since it is unflavoured, can use it in different ways. I tried smoothies and mixed it with roties. Overall a good buy.

Trust me its the worst product iave ever purchased n my life..!! I tried it for the first time and it has a very unpleasant taste to vomit instantly..! And the customer experience is tooo bad to deal with..! They have no resolution to this when contacted ..! Never again will buy it and recommend it to others..!

It's one of the best protein supplements i ever had. The taste isn't its specialty because it's in its purest forms. Its quality is what you will feel after taking it. This Soy protien gives me instant energy as a preworkout and is absorbed very easily. Enjoyed using it.

Firstly, 31 grams of protien per scoop is the thing which under low budget, stands it on the first place. Secondly, unflavored protien it is but taste not that bad. Anyone can have it without mixing other things in it. I think this is what a person need. Don't think just go for it.

Its been a week or so. Adding water to half scoop of this throws out powder like "dust" and there's a huge foam filling the glass perhaps bloating me inside. After. Few minutes the foam settles just a bit. MFF casein doesn't behave this way. Since it's a bridging prootein between whey n casein, can't say much about effectiveness. EDIT: after a few days if not using it, bowel movement has improved. Just using some good whey+mff casein.lets see for few days. And ya the taste of mff soy is THE worst of all. Nutshell: I can't ingest this plant soy knowing it's powdery, doesn't mix, is super foamy. Reduced to 1 star or take that as zero. Just stay away from all plant protein in Indian market.

Isolate protein for a comparatively less price is a good thing. Comes in a paper ziplock pack. But powder is very dusty. And it tastes like urad dal.
