When I first found about the benefits of L-glutamine, there weren't any options in Amazon India, I had to import from Amazon US, which including import fees was hefty in price. After sometime I found several options in Amazon India, but I trusted this brand because I had earlier ordered "Senior Protein" from this brand for my grandmother and recieved good review. Also its in micronized form. Regarding solubility, its good and doesn't have a strong taste after complete dissolution. Easily compliable. Effect depends upon what you want to use it for.

After using this for two months I would like to say that this is a great option for those looking for a quality Glutamine supplement. It dissolves well in water, is almost tasteless, and I also add it to my protein shake. I have noticed that I feel less tires after working out. Conserving strength and experiencing less physical exhaustion has been a big plus. I suggest starting with 2 grams and slowly work your way up to 5-6 grams per day.
