I purchased this product to boost my testosterone which was too low.. I have already taken ashwagandha supplements for 3 months before using this thing. ashwagandha starts giving results after 4 month use. and you feel power and strength in your muscles. This product makes you feel heaviness in your muscle, not strength. So, I would suggest either go for ashwagandha supplement for 6 months, or take a mix of this and ashwa.. but this product, for a 2 month usage, doesn't do any magic except for making you feel watery heaviness in your muscle that too when you work out or run, not otherwise. and secondly, never take 2 pills in 1 same day.. I by mistake took 2 pills, 1 in morning and then after dinner.. the next day I started feeling so much pain in my kidneys, I felt like they would explode. so i stopped taking pills and drank ORS which gave me immediate relief..
