I used 2 capsules per day, 1 in morning and another at night and drank sufficient water. Just after 3 days i got severe lower abdominal pain and was diagnosed with kidney stones. Please use at your own discretion.

I discovered this when I was researching for alternatives for OCP which i was recommended due to hormonal imbalance. It really helped me with regulating my mood & hormonal acne breakouts. I do get the break-out before/during the periods but it has considerably reduced. It has also immensely helped with my mood. While many people suggest it for lactating mothers - it worked just fine for me.Great product.
